The Inventory Planner is responsible for the planning and management of inventory for the CDCs and Branches. The planner ensures an adequate supply of product to service customer needs while minimizing working inventory investment by assessing demand activity. The planner will reflect demand changes in our planning systems to ensure high accuracy of forecast needs and ensure accuracy in inventory records, item usage history, and forecasting files.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Internal Replenishment
- Inventory Management
- Demand Management
- Inventory & Purchasing Master Data Management
- Scheduling and Execution of Replenishment (WT RARR) from CDC to Branch Network and On-site/Shutdown Trailers
- Surplus Stock Analysis, Realignment (to CDC) and return (Branches, CDC, and Regions) - sent to Category Manager
- Review and update ordering controls where necessary
- Maintain system Usage Fields:

- Achieve service level targets - adjusting usage rates and ordering controls where necessary
- Perform Inventory Risk Assessment for:

- Flyer/Product Promotions
- New Product Launch
- Quantity Break Buys
- Large Discount Buys
- Seasonal Product Booking Buys
- ERP Master Data is Maintained and Accurate for:

- Resolve Unit of Measure Issues
- Schedule Inventory/Purchasing Reports are On-time and Exceptions Reviewed

**Experience and Education**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience with demand planning and/or inventory management
- College degree preferred but not required
