The incumbent’s primary objective will be to ensure that all necessary inventory is readily available, enabling our technicians to efficiently carry out their duties in providing exceptional service to our customers. Essential Responsibilities:Inventory Management: Oversee the entire inventory management process, including stock levels, replenishment, and tracking of equipment, tools, and supplies used by field service technicians..Documentation and reporting: Generate accurate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends, providing insights and recommendations to management for efficient inventory management practices. Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communications/escalate to necessary stakeholdersCreate the monthly Supply / Inventory PlansTraining and Support: Provide training and support to field service technicians on inventory management procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.Analyze regional and sub-regional inventory level by product, and re-balance inventory based on sales trend, product trend, and other ad hoc programs.Identify and escalate inventory issues and risks (shortages, excesses) and assist with mitigation plan.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field service technicians, branch coordinators, and management, to optimize inventory management processes and address any issues or concerns promptly.Prioritizing, planning, delegating, and controlling workflow. Qualifications & Experience  2+ years of supply chain planning experience, with a minimum of 1 year in inventory managementCreative problem solver and constant desire to move business forwardStrong quantitative, analytical skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent Computer skills; Microsoft 365 Environment preferredProficiency in Excel, comfortable building data models and manipulating large data setsFamiliarity/expertise in SAP planning systems preferredExcellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.   Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customersStrong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and follow through.High school Diploma minimum  Skills & Personal CharacteristicsDetail oriented with the ability to read drawings and data Strong communication and customer service skillsTime management skills. All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
