- Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferred
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and their functionalities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and freight management processes is a plus
- Experience working in a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment is a plus

Pay: $16.55-$47.00 per hour
