Dispatcher (Nightshift)

products, is looking for a full-time Dispatcher.

**Dispatcher**:

- Work Hours are 5PM-5AM
- 4 days on 4 days off

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with customer’s to improve their delivery experience
- Front line communication with Drivers
- Key contributor managing quality control of the entire delivery process
- Inventory management specialist
- Delivery metrics quality audit
- First line support for incident/ emergency response procedures
- A desire to grow within our organization
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
- Results orientated
- Customer service experience
- Proficient with computer programs
