- Structure and secure financing deals while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure favorable financing terms.
- Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the financing process.
- Educate customers on finance and lease options with full transparency.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to meet and exceed store goals.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and through proper channels.
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
- Support the sales team with training on finance programs and value-added products.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with new vehicle program guidelines.
- Previous automotive finance experience is an asset but not required – we train the right talent
- Solid understanding of finance and insurance products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-focused and organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A background in Finance or Business is a plus.
