Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure and secure financing deals while maximizing dealership profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure favorable financing terms.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the financing process.
  • Educate customers on finance and lease options with full transparency.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to meet and exceed store goals.
  • Process finance and lease deals accurately and through proper channels.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
  • Support the sales team with training on finance programs and value-added products.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with new vehicle program guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive finance experience is an asset but not required – we train the right talent
  • Solid understanding of finance and insurance products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-focused and organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • A background in Finance or Business is a plus.
