We are seeking a full-time Investment Administrative Assistant to join our 3rd-generation, family-run business servicing Caledon and the surrounding areas. We’ve been providing client solutions within the financial services for over 60 years. Our offerings include Life, Critical Illness, Disability and Health Insurance as well as Segregated Fund and Mutual Fund Investments. **Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required; experience in the financial services is preferred
- LLQP Life Insurance Licence would be an asset, willingness to get licenced is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Investment related experience, within the mutual fund and segregated fund industry is preferred
**Your Role**:
- Work closely with advisors to administer various client accounts
- Follow up with clients to implement action items
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professional and effective telephone etiquette
- Coordinate with the team to ensure all aspects of a client’s plan are being executed
- Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, confidentiality, objectivity and expertise
- Execute trades and transactions as determined by the advisors
- Complete administrative and office duties
- Schedule and prepare documents for client meetings
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
**Other Requirements**:
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-01-06
