The Facial Place, a leading **Day Spa & Med Spa**, is seeking an experienced **Location Manager/Receptionist** for our Pickering location. **Your Role**:

- Be the welcoming face of our spa, ensuring each guest feels relaxed and cared for, whether they’re here for a peaceful escape or an advanced skincare treatment.
- Oversee daily **reception** duties, including appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure.
- Manage **inventory** and **orders** for both day spa and med spa treatments, ensuring the spa is fully stocked with top-quality products.
- Lead all **staffing**, **hiring**, and **training** efforts, focusing on building a skilled and service-oriented team.
- **Manage esthetics staff**, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and stay updated on the latest treatments and trends.
- Assist in **marketing strategies** to help promote services, attract new clients, and increase overall visibility.
- Be a **leader and role model** who inspires and motivates the team to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Constantly look for ways to **grow the spa**, whether through new services, promotions, or improving the client experience.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, balancing the calm atmosphere of a day spa with the precision of med spa services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **At least 2 years of experience** in a day spa, med spa, or wellness setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both reception and esthetics teams in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- A passion for both relaxation-focused wellness and results-driven skincare treatments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
