- **Job Summary**:_

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic, ensuring profitability, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This leadership role requires a highly organised, customer-oriented, and driven individual with a strong background in both medical spa management and customer service.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Leadership and Staff Management**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and manage employee performance, including conducting reviews and providing feedback.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences.
- Answer phone calls and book appointments.
- Manage patient appointments, intake procedures, and client consultations.
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with safety and medical guidelines.
- Monitor clinic inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct initial phone consultations.

**Client Experience**:

- Ensure patients receive personalized care, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
- Address patient concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Implement feedback systems to continuously improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure client retention.
- Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours and ensure that all post treatment follow-ups are done within 24 hours of the treatment.

**Financial and Budget Management**:

- Oversee clinic budget, including payroll, inventory, and overhead costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including promotional activities and service upgrades.
- Track and manage clinic KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial goals.

**Marketing and Growth**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Help execute promotional events and initiatives to increase clinic visibility and client base.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new treatments to keep the clinic competitive.
- Management of leads through the CRM system.
- Participates and organizes all social media and marketing initiatives.

**Regulatory and Compliance**:

- Ensure all medical procedures and treatments comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain certifications and licensing for staff members, ensuring continuous education and training.
- **Experience**_
- Proven experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, medspa, spa, or plastic surgery office setting is essential.
- Previous management experience is required, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is necessary for efficient clinic management.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes within a medical spa context is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
