Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist with retail sales, including product recommendations and demonstrations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual skills are a bonus.Knowledge about nail and spa ,also previous experience work at salon require.

Expected hours: 30 per week

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 4 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Pickering, ON L1V 1C3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pickering, ON L1V 1C3: Relocate before starting work (required)
