**About the job**:
You will work for our Managed Services Department as a Business Data Analyst controlling our key metrics. You will pull data from different sources, organize it, analyse patterns, and generate reports. We expect you to assist us on identify opportunities for improvement and raise any point of attention to the Senior Leadership about opportunities.
You are a strong self-motivated individual who can work independently with the ability to prioritize tasks and is proficient in worksheets. You have a knack business analysis, while being capable of working with a ton of data.
Outstanding communications, superb number crunch capacity, and an eye for detail are essential for this job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs business analysis in support of our operations, and business outcomes.
- Work with your peers at the Managed Services Unit, on a regular basis, while controlling the metrics and raising any point of attention. Your goal is to assist us on a mission for increasing efficiency.
- Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Support the SLT on their decision-making process.
- Validate if the team follows our SOPs through analysing their key indicators.
- You might create process automation, or statistical models for root cause analysis.
- Support your peers for building up of financial models, budget and forecast.

**Required Education & Credentials**:

- Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or related area
- Excel, Power BI, BO, or any Analytics Certifications would be a great asset.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3-5 years of work experience performing similar tasks/responsibilities.
- Work for an MSP or SaaS would be a great asset.
- Knowledge of statistical models, or how to automate worksheets would be an asset.
- Capacity of working with great volume of data and find the needle in the haystack.
- Hands on experience with VBA/Macros or similar.
