**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled **Videographer and Social Media Coordinator** to produce engaging video content and manage our social media presence. This role is responsible for filming, editing, and publishing high-quality videos that align with our brand while also strategizing and executing social media campaigns to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Videography & Content Creation**:

- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and event coverage.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling storytelling through video.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging video technologies.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, including videos, graphics, and written content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends to foster community engagement.
- Track social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Stay informed on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure video and social media align with broader marketing campaigns.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for content marketing.
- Analyze audience behavior and optimize content to improve engagement and reach.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos optimized for different platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Related education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with photography and motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising.

**Work Environment & Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in both office and on-location settings.
- May require lifting/carrying video equipment and working outdoors for shoots.
- Some evening or weekend work may be required for event coverage.

Pay: $52,121.00-$54,968.00 per year

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
