Looking for a challenge in the automotive industry? Our thriving auto group on Vancouver Island is seeking a talented Service Manager to join our team

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for growing our business while maintaining a tight expense structure. You will oversee the daily operations of our service department, including customer service, sales, and employee training.

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses would be valuable.
- 5 years of experience in an managing an automotive dealership parts & service department.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Efficient problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using to use power and hand-held equipment.
- Working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Ability to train, coach, direct and encourage technicians, advisors and shop foreman.
- Ability to motivate and engage team members and stakeholders.
- Thrive in a high volume, very busy service department.
- Desire to make a difference every day and help build a great team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
- Possessing a provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate would be an asset but is not required.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
