Job Overview

We're looking for a dependable and safety-minded Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Bolton, ON. In this active, hands-on position, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your precision, efficiency, and commitment to safety will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and on-time deliveries. Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Pay: Starts at $21.00per hour

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and cherry pickers
  • Safely handle and move all products while strictly following warehouse safety procedures
  • Accurately pick and assemble customer orders based on packing slips, pick lists, or order sheets
  • Complete product put-away tasks with a reach truck, ensuring items are stored correctly
  • Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to meet daily fulfillment goals
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions to maintain order accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Qualifications

  • Comfortable and compliant working at heights
  • Proven experience using a Reach Truck for product put-away
  • You should have a valid Order Picker certification
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • You should have a valid Fall Arrest certification
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
