Overview

We are hiring an experienced
Order Picker
to accurately select, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery. This role is vital to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring every order is completed safely, quickly, and with strict attention to detail. The successful candidate will operate material-handling equipment, manage inventory with precision, and uphold all safety and operational standards. The job location is Bolton, ON. Shift timing is Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and prepare orders according to packing slips, order sheets, or pick lists.
  • Operate order-picking equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers.
  • Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures when handling materials or operating equipment.
  • Verify order accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and descriptions.
  • Perform put-away tasks using a reach truck and ensure goods are stored correctly and securely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated work areas to support smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Order Picker (Cherry Picker) certification.
  • Valid Fall Arrest certification.
  • Ability to work comfortably and safely at heights.
  • Experience performing put-away tasks with a reach truck.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills.
