- Passionné par la direction et le développement d'équipes de vente solides.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en mentorat d'équipes de vente à distance.
- Leader pratique qui n'a pas peur de travailler fort pour accomplir le travail.
- Favoriser une culture d'enthousiasme et d'amélioration continue.

**Le travail, la mission**:

- Mentorat d'une équipe de représentants des ventes qui visitent les ménages dans les quartiers assignés au nom de Bell Canada afin de réaliser des ventes fructueuses.
- Passer du temps sur le terrain à encadrer les représentants individuellement et en groupe.
- Aider à la gestion du personnel et aux efforts de recrutement afin de conserver les meilleurs talents.
- Veiller à ce que les équipes sur le terrain respectent les exigences en matière de productivité, de ventes et de rendement.
- Utiliser les données pour identifier les lacunes et les domaines à améliorer.
- Participer à l'élaboration des rapports dans le district assigné.

**Essential Skills**:

- Passionate about leading and developing strong sales teams.
- 1 - 2 years of experience mentoring remote sales teams.
- A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to work hard to get the job done.
- Fostering a culture of enthusiasm and continuous improvement.

**The Work, The Mission**:

- Mentoring a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.
- Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings.
- Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
- Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements.
- Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
- Assist with reporting in assigned district.
