IMPORTANT: Technician needs their own tools and a vehicle (SUV or Truck)

**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**:
Deliver exceptional customer service and high quality installation. Installation and commissioning of security systems including intrusion, access control, and surveillance systems.
- Ability to install wired and wireless security alarm systems at various sites
- Test and troubleshoot communication equipment
- Comfortable working at heights up to 16 feet
- Keeping track of service work
- Recording mileage

**Requirements**:
Computer and network knowledge, excellent people skills, communication skills (verbal and in writing), and self-management skills.

Organizational & multi-tasking skills - can prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Electronics course work considered an asset
- Security system installation experience considered an asset
- Experience with Qolsys (mandatory), PowerG, 2GIG considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $2,400.00-$4,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- alarm technician: 1 year (preferred)
