**We are currently looking for an individual that could join our Team in the following position**:
**CSR (Customer Service Representative)/Admin. Assistant**

Fast paced, customer-oriented environment, responsible for answering phones, taking accurate customer concrete orders to provide quality product & service, provide recommendations for products, scheduling concrete deliveries, completing paperwork and ensuring the customers receive a positive experience when interacting with our Company.

This role will assist the Batch/Dispatcher in his/her daily operational duties by utilizing resources available to provide excellent quality and service as well as assist the Administration Manager with AR/AP and other administrative paperwork.

**Overview of Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder Relations - build, maintain and have excellent interaction with our customers, drivers and colleagues. Promote and maintain a TEAM environment.
- Answering Phones - taking concrete and pump orders, ensuring accurate directions and information to make the delivery and end-product a success.
- Scheduling - concrete orders, pump orders and trucks to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment & personnel.
- Order Entry - accurately using provided software program ensuring information is up to date and accurate so other team members can rely on the information for decision making and planning.
- Safety - promote a safe working environment; ensuring company’s safety policies and procedures are being followed. Ensuring Incident and Accident reports are completed and forwarded in a timely manner. Issue safety equipment to Driving and Yard Personnel, ie: Safety Glasses, Hard Hats, Gloves, Ear Plugs and High Vis. Vests.
- Administration - ensure the day-to-day paperwork is managed and forwarded to head office as per company deadlines and assist Administration Manger with AR/AP efforts.
- Housekeeping - Ensure the office is maintained in a cleanly manner.
- Office Supplies - Ensure there are supplies for day-to-day needs, ie: Pre-trip inspection books, delivery tickets, pens, paper, etc.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
