moozoom is seeking a detail-oriented **Accounting Clerk** to support our financial operations. If you have a passion for numbers and a drive to contribute to a meaningful cause, we want you on our team

The Accounting Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and supporting the accounting department with various tasks. This position is essential for ensuring that the company’s financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

**Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing
- Collections
- Data entry and supplier payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Other related tasks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Bilingual person (FR/EN)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
