**We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in our Montreal office**

As an Accounting Clerk, you will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounting Team by keeping accounts up to date and facilitating accounting activities.

**Your day as an Accounting Clerk**
- Book deposits in the General Ledger and make the deposit at the bank on a daily basis.
- Process accounts Receivable: provide support and follow up on unapplied amounts, credit notes, etc.
- Deposit Wire transfers.
- Receive and enter financing contracts in the system (EPIC).
- Maintain and track petty cash.
- Collect expense reports from employees and ensure all necessary information is included.
- Book invoices from our Suppliers in the General Ledger and make sure all the invoices are properly approved.
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
- Degree in Accounting.
- Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting related program/software is an asset (i.e.: Sage, Quickbooks).
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
