**ACCOUNTING CLERK**
- Reporting to the accounting manager, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible to support the US & Canada shared service finance team in different functions such as accounts payables/receivables, financial reporting, tax filing & other related tasks._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Account Payables/Receivables;
- Manage company credit cards;
- Input vendor invoices & transactions;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Prepare different accounting & financial report;
- Assist on tax return, tax filing & government filings;
- Participate in the month end process;
- Quotations & costing support;
- Accomplishing different ad-hoc accounting tasks;
- Assist in launching new ERP system.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- College degree in accounting or finance;
- Excellent computer skills (including Excel functions);
- Quick learner, organised & focus on details;
- Team playing with ability to work independently;
- Relevant working experience an asset;
- ERP System knowledge an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
