- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of Software Development experience
- 5+ years of team management/ lead experience
- Experience with SOAP or REST web services
- Fluency in SQL and Unix-based file systems
- Experience in Git, Mercurial, Jenkins, Artifactory, Rhodecode, Sonar - Any one
- Working experience of Agile Scrum and Kanban
- Strong at understanding requirements and transforming business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.

- Proficient and comfortable working with different stakeholders across multiple domains
- Focused work ethic, with openness and drive to explore new ideas and technologies
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
