- Provide excellent food and beverage customer service to customers
- Protect establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Help set up the buffet counter and maintain cleanliness.
- Help take care of all the food in the buffet counter, reheat food, replenish food, drinks, condiments etc.
- Stay updated on current menu choices and specialties, etc.
- Help customers select food and beverages; offering; suggesting; explaining the chef's specialties;
- Take customer’s order; identifying customers' special dietary needs and special requests; transmit order to kitchen
- Serve customers in the dinner exclusive area
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Assist with special events if needed
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
- To ensure that proper cleaning procedures are adhered to and personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times during the shift. Employees are expected to follow all health and safety regulations, enforced and updated by the company.

RESPONSABILITÉS PROFESSIONNELLES
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle sur les aliments et les boissons aux clients
- Protéger l'établissement et les clients en adhérant aux politiques d'hygiène, de sécurité et de contrôle des boissons alcoolisées
- Aider à installer le comptoir du buffet et à maintenir la propreté.
- Aidez à prendre soin de tous les aliments dans le comptoir du buffet, réchauffez les aliments, réapprovisionnez les aliments, les boissons, les condiments, etc.
- Restez à jour sur les choix de menu et les spécialités actuelles, etc.
- Aider les clients à choisir les aliments et les boissons ; offre; suggérer; expliquer les spécialités du chef ;
- Prendre la commande du client ; identifier les besoins alimentaires particuliers et les demandes spéciales des clients ; transmettre l'ordre à la cuisine
- Servir les clients dans la zone réservée au dîner
- Effectuer des tâches de nettoyage de base selon les besoins ou dirigés par le superviseur
- Aider à des événements spéciaux si nécessaire
- Adhérez systématiquement aux normes de toilettage et d'apparence
- Résoudre rapidement les problèmes de service client et référer les clients à la direction si nécessaire
- S'assurer que les procédures de nettoyage appropriées sont respectées et que l'équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) est porté en tout temps pendant le quart de travail. Les employés sont tenus de respecter toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité, appliquées et mises à jour par l'entreprise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Montreal airport & airport Security Permit would be an advantage
- Smart serve certified
- Able to lift up 50lbs baggage
