**Duties**

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining data entry integrity.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
