**SkyNorth Air is accepting resumes for the position of Technical Records Clerk (Aircraft)**

The Technical Records Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring Aircraft/component records. Inclusive of data entry into the maintenance tracking system and applicable technical records with completion of general office duties such as scanning and filing as required by the Technical Records department in conjunction with the Aircraft Maintenance Management team.


**Duties include**:

- Maintain aircraft/component records in accordance with established company policies and procedures,
- Verifying and update flight times and cycles in the tracking software program
- Reviewing & identifying discrepancies within completed documentation, updating maintenance tracking software confirming work performed as per completed job cards. (Scheduled & Unscheduled).
- Transcribing journey log sheets into the Technical Logbooks.
- Data entry and tracking of major components in the maintenance tracking system
- Forecasting and posting task cards for each aircraft according to the prescribed schedule
- Reviewing the completed journey logbooks and archiving journey log sheets, inspection sheets and job cards
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.


**Skills & Experience**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience with aircraft tracking software and protocols (an asset - training provided)
- Proficiency with computers (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required
