**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
- Define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to project management activities such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation measures, communicating activity status, as well as escalating and communicating possible issues.
- Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and developments.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Systems Analyst program, or related field.
- Five + years’ experience as Business Systems Analyst.
- 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS.
- 5+ years’ experience with Infor Visual.
- Extensive knowledge of business process and workflow.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, data migrations, business intelligence.
- Certification and/or training in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft DBA (Database Administrator), Visual, SAP, ERP, Epicor, and SharePoint are an asset.
- Certification and/or training in Microsoft D365, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Azure, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Workday, SharePoint are an asset
