The best seasonal job in Muskoka is waiting for you Just 30 minutes from Barrie, Orilla, and Midland and 90 minutes north of the GTA.

You will be working at our fabulous Club House Restaurant, serving exquisite Italian Cuisine overlooking Georgian Bay, and our beautiful golf course

We are looking for flexible, Bar Manager who is dedicated and can work Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays. This is a seasonal position.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high quality service to customers
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
- Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Perform inventory and inventory control
- Oversea and mentor bar staff
- Set schedule for bar staff
- Work closely with restaurant manager to ensure all standards are been met

**Qualifications**
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Degree in hospitality,food an beverage, or bar management an asset
- 2 or more years of experience in bar management
- Basic mathematical skills
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $18.20 per hour

- Tips

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Port Severn, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (required)
