**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the POS system, for processing orders and transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking food and drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math skills for processing payments.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience is required, particularly in bartending or food service roles.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus but not mandatory.
