We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Retail Store Supervisor** to oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service and team performance in our jewellery retail enviroment.
**Key Responsibnilities**
- Supervise and support retail staff, including sales assocaites and trainees
- Assign duties and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
- Hire and train and guide team member to meet sales and service goals
- Monitor sales performance and conduct performance reviews
- Authorize payments, merchandise returns, and handle cash management
- Organize and maintain store inventory and merchandising displays
- Oversee product displays for booth permanent and promotional collections
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly
- Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and merchandising activities
- Manage payroll administration and office operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store standards
**Supervision**
- Responsible for supervising **5-10 employees**
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **retail supervision or management** (jewellery or luxury retail experience in an asset)
- Strong **Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills**:
- Excellent **organizational and problem-solving abilities**:
- Proficient in handling **cash, reports, and inventory systems**:
- language skills: Profciency in English is required, knowledge of **Cantonses or Mandarin**is an asset
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
