Budal Construction Group is a General Contractor based out of Red Deer, Alberta. Our core mission is to provide turn-key franchise construction, plumbing, electrical, woodworking and project management services to our valued clients in Western Canada and nationally. We are currently recruiting for Carpenter Helpers.

We expect a high level of competency, above average teamwork, and collaboration. As an evolving company, we are seeking individuals that adapt easily to change and are willing to work out of town, evenings, or night shifts (if required).

As a valued member of our diverse team, you will be expected to bring the following to our company:
**Responsibilities**:
**Rough Carpentry (forming and slab prep, demolition, pouring of concrete, etc.)**

**General Construction (framing, t-bar, doors and windows, etc.)**

**Finishing Carpentry (drywall, tiling, flooring, painting, millwork install, etc.)**

**Specialties (equipment install, signage, etc.)**

**General housekeeping and tool maintenance**

**Ensure company corporate and safety policies are followed**

Knowledge and Skills:
**Ability to use hand tools safely and**

**Ability to complete work on time and on budget with mínimal supervision**

**Excellent verbal communication skills**

**Ability to work in all weather conditions and out of town when required**

**Valid First Aid Certification is required**

**Must supply own hand tools.**

**Salary**: $21.50-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers license (preferred)

Work Location: In person
