**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Maintain a positive and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- **Order Processing & Follow-Up**:

- Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Problem-Solving & Customer Support**:

- Address customer concerns, complaints, and product issues in a professional and solution-focused manner.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies, shipping issues, and product quality concerns with a proactive approach.
- Work with team members to find quick and effective resolutions for customers.
- **Product Knowledge & Recommendations**:

- Stay informed about Ricart’s products, services, and customization options.
- Offer expert recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Provide accurate details on pricing, turnaround times, and customization capabilities.
- **Technology & Systems Usage**:

- Utilize customer management systems (CRM), order tracking software, and internal databases to manage customer interactions.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
- **Multi-Tasking & Organization**:

- Handle multiple customer inquiries and orders efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Stay organized in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Customer Service Experience** - Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role is preferred.
- **Strong Communication Skills** - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities** - Ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Detail-Oriented & Organized** - Excellent attention to detail when processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling customer requests.
- **Multi-Tasking Skills** - Ability to handle multiple projects at once and stay composed under pressure.
- **Team Player** - Works well in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of tasks.
- **Adaptability** - Able to adjust to changing customer needs and business priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
