**Key Responsibilities: Operational Capabilities**:

- Assess day-to-day operations of generation, load, and storage facilities from a technical perspective.
- Evaluate technical and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and schedule resources, ensuring maneuverability and addressing constraints on unit operations.

**Cost Structure Analysis**:

- Analyze the financial aspects of generation, load, and storage facilities to optimize revenue streams.
- Calculate levelized cost of energy (LCOE) and assess standby costs for various resources.
- Oversee procurement, pricing, transportation, and handling of fuel, as applicable.

**Strategic Contributions**:

- Provide technical insights and recommendations for improving dispatchable load capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and financial goals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience performing similar services in generation, load, and storage operations.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Demonstrated understanding of day-to-day technical operations of generation and storage facilities.
- Proven ability to assess technical performance and operational constraints.
- Experience with resource scheduling and optimization.
- **Financial Acumen**:

- Strong understanding of cost structures, including LCOE and standby costs.
- Expertise in financial optimization and decision-making for energy facilities.
- **Fuel Management Knowledge (if applicable)**:

- Familiarity with procurement, pricing, and logistics for fuel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Advanced degree in Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
