Training Specialist to implement PSRN solution, Ambulance Dispatch or Paramedic) RQ09490

Contract, 8+ months (with possibility extension)

Ontario, Canada. The incumbent will be required to travel to multiple training sites across the province to provide support and training/coordinate the radio training in order to implement the new PSRN solution.

Toronto, Hamilton, Sudbury, Vaughan

MUST HAVES:

  • 5+ years of experience as Trainer, preferably in Public Sector or Land Ambulance Dispatch Centers or Paramedic services 
  • Experience delivering training material to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience creating training material or user documentation, preferably in Public sector or Healthcare sector
  • Minimum valid drivers license class of G, or equivalent

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience training with PSRN system or on similar Public Safety or Dispatch tech such as Ambulance Dispatch or Paramedic
