Inside Sales Representative

**About the company**
Inter-Canada Fisheries is a Canadian importer and distributor of fresh and frozen fish and seafood products. Our office and main warehouse is located at 270 Pennsylvania Avenue, Concord, Ontario. We are looking for a Inside Sales representative to join our success driven team.
**Working Days: Tuesday
- Saturday**
**Timing: Tuesday
- Friday
- 12pm -8 pm**
**Saturday
- 5 am
- 10 am**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To process all purchase orders and send out order confirmations in a timely manner.
- To prepare route sheets and pick list.
- To prepare packing slips for third party logistics.
- To create a customer card for the new customers.
- To provide positive, courteous service to customers by answering questions regarding product line, prices, delivery times, and any customer service arrangement.
- To create price list for items and send to customers.
- To create a list of customers who order periodically and contact them for taking the orders in a proactive manner.
- To resolve customer issues and complaints including returns.
- To coordinate with the warehouse for items from other locations and inform customer if delivery date and timings are impacted.
- To communicate with customers if items are out of stock including an expected ETA of the back ordered items.
- To set up the delivery appointments whenever required.

- To assist in handling the needs of the outside sales representatives.
- To collect mails from the mailbox.
- To review the item cards in Business Central to ensure accuracy and uniformity.
- To update and review the price for different customers on periodical basis.
- To support other team members during absence or vacation.
- To manage the Seafood Crate and Inter-Canada Fisheries website orders including:
- Compiling the list of orders received in accordance to the deadline.
- Printing labels for shipping
- Coordination with warehouse for procurement, pickup, packing, dispatch of the orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with third party delivery companies
- Coordinating with the processing team regarding extra stock to be cleared through Too good to go.
- Managing shopify and website including add and remove product pages, images, description, prices, tags, collection etc.
Please note: Responsibilities are not limited; other tasks related to the role could be added by a manager.
**Job Specifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Business Central in an asset.
- Efficient in data-entry.
- Proactive and well organized with good analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented and efficient.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
