**Position Overview**

We're seeking an IT Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with new and prospective clients while identifying new business opportunities. This is a pure sales role focused on cold and warm outreach, relationship building, business development, and revenue growth within existing accounts and net new accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as primary point of contact for prospective accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
- Proactively identify client needs and challenges to position appropriate IT solutions
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across all touchpoints

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within prospective accounts
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned portfolio

**Sales Consultation**
- Understand client business needs and position appropriate IT solutions
- Work with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements
- Present business cases and value propositions to C-level executives and IT decision makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within assigned accounts

**Required Qualifications**
- College or university graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and services to facilitate business conversations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Strong analytical and business development capabilities
