**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize QuickBooks Online accounting software for efficient financial management
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support business decisions
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative work environment

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Leadership experience in guiding an accounting team towards achieving departmental goals
