We are hiring **Full-Time Collection Officers**to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, assisting with outstanding payments and account resolutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve account delinquencies while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication while handling sensitive financial matters.
- Accurately document customer interactions and payment commitments in company systems.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Collections experience is a must** with a strong ability to handle negotiations.
- ** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills** to effectively engage with customers.
- ** Strong negotiation skills** with the ability to influence payment outcomes.
- A high level of **grit and resilience** to overcome challenges and objections.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, results-driven environment**.
- ** Strong decision-making skills** and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
- ** Team-player mindset** with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in **MS Outlook and MS Excel**.
- Post-secondary education (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Must be **18 years or older**.
- Ability to **pass a background check** with a valid government ID.
