**WE ARE SEEKING**

We’re seeking to hire **2** qualified a Inside sales Representatives to work from our Downtown Montreal office. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

**Appointment Setter Position**: Promote products and services with new and existing clients and confirm bookings for in-home survey appointments for the Field Sales Representatives.

**Unsolds Agent Position**: Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to follow up on Unsold Surveys completed by Field Sales Reps. Agents make note of calls, activities, and update all customer contact information in a proprietary customer database.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

**Appointment Setter**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers who responded to the ad
- Answer incoming sales calls from customers interested in our products and services
- Qualify customer needs, assess elevator type, urgency and provide estimates
- Schedule customer appointments with our field sales representatives
- Manage daily schedules for field sales representatives using Google Maps based on customer availability
- Maintain detailed call notes and update customer contact information in a proprietary customer database
- Make reminders as needed
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Adhere to all appointment scheduling guidelines
- Achieve all assigned goals and targets

**Unsold Agent**:

- Contact customers after in-home appointment surveys to close sales
- Negotiate within pricing guidelines
- Reissue of quotes for customers and financing organizations
- Finalize and process customer payments
- Achieve required goals
- Complete other tasks assigned/required by the manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A secondary diploma and related experience
- 1 to 3 years in a sales environment
- 2+ years related experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is mandatory
