**Summary of Responsibilities**

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for supporting the warranty department by coordinating claim submissions, documentation, and communications between customers, dealers, and internal teams. This role is hands-on and requires the individual to actively assist with claim adjudication and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty claims. The Warranty Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining dealer and customer satisfaction, reducing claim cycle times, and ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Review, process, and adjudicate warranty claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy. Assist dealers with warranty inquiries and provide timely updates on claim status.
- Verify claim documentation, including service records, parts usage, and repair authorizations. Coordinate with internal departments (service, finance, technical support) to resolve claim issues. Monitor claim turnaround times and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
- Ensure all new models are setup properly in the warranty system with the corresponding warranty product. Ensure new models are setup with their respective job codes. Assist YFS to ensure new models are setup with YMPP Prices in warranty system. Assist Inside Sales in the YMPP Promotion Sales Program setup in the warranty system.
- Support training and communication efforts with dealers on warranty procedures and requirements. Ensure warranty activity aligns with corporate policies, audit requirements, and customer satisfaction objectives.Active involvement in the implementation of key initiatives and projects. Perform other duties as assigned with high level of engagement and sense of urgency and accountability.**Experience Requirements**
- **Degree/Diploma**:College or Minimum High School Diploma
- **Program of Study**:Administrative
- **Years of Experience**:Minimum 3 years progressive experience
- **Type of Experience**:Experience in Motorsport or Automotive warranty administration

**Skills and Abilities**
- Advanced Excel skills is a must
- Usage of business intelligence, reporting systems and platforms (Business Objects, Siebel)
- Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy, credibility, and output quality
- Excellent organizational interpersonal, critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written skills (Bilingual an asset)Ability to uphold confidentiality, accountability, and strong sense of urgency**Travel Requirements**
