**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain cloud services, including AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer virtual environments using VMware and ESXi, optimizing resource allocation.
- Oversee database management tasks across SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Implement and manage computer networking solutions, including DNS configurations and VPN setups.
- Develop scripts for automation using Bash (Unix shell), Python, or Shell Scripting to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to support DevOps practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems (Windows and Linux) to ensure system integrity.
- Monitor system performance and security protocols to safeguard against vulnerabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in system administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware and ESXi.
- Proficient in database management systems including SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, VPNs, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred.
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
