**Job Summary**:
Drives all digital marketing acquisition and sales growth strategies and deployments for paid campaign on paid social, search, display and affiliates. Working closely with the cross functional teams, you will be responsible for the development of Little Burgundy in the execution of monthly paid calendars ensuring that acquisition and sales goals are attained. Additional responsibilities include to measure, analyze and present campaign performance, click behavior, test results, and other learnings to inform decision-making across the team.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**PAID ADVERTISING**
- Work closely with external agency on any paid campaigns ( Meta, pinterest, toktok, google, etc.).
- Use performance assets, guidelines and best practices to support media campaigns while respecting and adapting to different markets.
- Manage paid advertising budget and do weekly reviews with agency to ensure optimal levels of execution.
- Oversee affiliates agency performance and ensure assets delivery
- Evaluate accuracy of new publishers
- Build creative briefs for optimized paid campaigns performance and manage ads testing
- Analyze performance reports and proposes optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with in-store Marketing teams to create strategic alignment on projects.
- Work with Design team in briefing and approving project deliverables.
- Conduct competitive analysis and come forward with initiatives on how to gain marketshare
- Work with web operation manager for pixels trackings

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 1- 2 years’ experience in paid media

**Functional/Technical Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and google platforms

**Behavioral Competencies**:

- Works well under pressure; can multi-task in a deadline sensitive environment
