The role will include a wide variety of duties, including (but not limited to):
Necessary Knowledge
- Bankruptcy and insolvency
- Estate Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Construction Litigation _(including working knowledge of the Construction Lien Act and the Construction Act)_
- Knowledge/familiarity with Teraview
- Ability to complete searches, prepare documents for registration

Day-to-Day Activities
- Compiling records
- Scheduling court matters (including commercial list and Construction Lien court)
- Billing
- Maintaining calendars and updates to tasks/ticklers/reminders system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
