Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Mississauga, ON. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance, conducting legal research, and assisting in the drafting of pleadings and motions. The role requires close collaboration with attorneys, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Proficiency in Legal Research and familiarity with legal databases
  • Ability to draft and review Pleadings and Motions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Diploma or certificate in Paralegal Studies or a related field
  • Knowledge of litigation processes and procedures is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools is an asset
