**Position: Quality Assurance Manager**

NutraLab Canada Corporation is one of Canada’s premier contract manufacturers of natural health supplements. We are looking for a **Quality Assurance Manager** to join our Quality Compliance team. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all aspects of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and product safety related to our natural health supplements. This role ensures that all products meet Health Canada’s GMP and NHPR requirements, as well as internal quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients regarding quality assurance matters, including product testing results, documentation requests, and compliance inquiries.
- Maintain regulatory databases and ensure timely updates for new and existing products.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients on regulatory requirements and approvals.
- Support QA functions to ensure manufacturing, packaging, and labeling activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Review product specifications, batch records, and certificates of analysis for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in internal audits, deviation investigations, and CAPA activities.
- Prepare and maintain required documentation and actively participate in external audits, certification reviews, and client or regulatory site inspections.
- Assist in document control, SOP updates, and training initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in natural health products, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals.
- In-depth knowledge of Health Canada’s NHP regulations and GMP requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with document control systems, audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
