Quality Assurance Inspector

**Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector****Job Description**As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting parts and materials according to engineering specifications and quality parameters. Your role will involve conducting inspections of semi-finished products, ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures, and performing final inspections of manufactured products. You will also verify compliance with engineering drawings and shop order documentation, assemble and review documentation for sales orders, and conduct process and ISO system audits.**Responsibilities**Conduct inspections of semi-finished and final products.Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.Perform non-destructive tests, such as ultrasound and roughness tests.Maintain calibration of inspection equipment.Use SAP to verify drawings, documents, and release units.Verify Bills of Materials (BOM) for parts and hardware.Update procedures, quality alerts, and the TCC Wiki.Conduct Hipot tests and resin drip process inspections.Coordinate with order management and production for customer requirements.Record inspection data in QA logbooks and Excel sheets.Maintain records of quality issues, scrap materials, and inspection results.Provide inspection sheets and support to operators.Conduct Gauge R&R studies and ensure compliance with checklists.Perform other duties as assigned by QA Supervisor or QA Manager.**Essential Skills**2-3 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field.Familiarity with quality management system standards ISO 9001.Ability to use mechanical measuring instruments such as micrometers and tape measures.Proficiency in understanding and interpreting mechanical drawings.Strong written and oral communication skills.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with non-destructive testing methods.Proficiency in using SAP for quality assurance processes.Ability to conduct process audits and ISO system audits.**Why Work Here?**Join a motivated team working on forward-looking projects in an innovative company.
