**Job Title**:Quality Assurance Analyst

**Location**:2206 Eglinton Ave East, Suite 190, Scarborough, ON M1L 4S8

**Summary**:In this project, contracted to support Service Ontario, the Quality Assurance Analyst is tasked with upholding high standards of quality to enhance or develop new services for the public. This position is central to maintaining service excellence and adherence to government regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive quality assessments of customer service interactions, online transactions, and digital platforms.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance processes and standards.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with various teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and training to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making and support organizational objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, IT, or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field, preferably within a customer service or government services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Organized, professional, and a dedicated team player.
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor.

**Tenure**: 12-month contract with potential for renewal

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary**: $19.50 per hour

**Start Date**: ASAP
