**How you’ll contribute**
As our **Parts Administrator,** you’ll be supporting the Branch and Manager through:
- Placing parts orders, maintaining designated inventory levels, monitoring delivery schedules, and coordinating shipments
- Answering customer inquiries, probing their equipment and parts needs and suggesting solutions with our products and programs
- Maintaining close-out of work orders and upkeep of status codes,
- sending out billing information and tracking customer damage reports.
- Possessing excellent product/parts knowledge and transferring this knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, safe operating techniques, and related accessories and products
- Accurately entering and maintaining all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Working with the Manager to monitor account disputes, monthly billing, over-due accounts, invoicing, etc.
- Ensuring that every customer is treated in the same fair and consistent manner and resolving issues as they arise
- Driving and participating in merchandising initiatives including pricing, inventory control, product placement, etc.
- Working to resolve and address all shipping and/or invoice queries.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Other duties as assigned
**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience within a customer service, equipment rental, construction equipment or similar environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and effectively able to deal with customers in person and on the phone
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. when required
- A G Driver’s license with a clean abstract is a bonus
