**Job description**
This is a part-time administrative support role at a professional office (multidisciplinary - law and accounting).
This is an in-office role. This will never be a work from home position. Our office is located in the New Toronto part of South Etobicoke.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Post-secondary education or substantial experience within a support role in a professional business.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- A professional demeanour with clients.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2013, particularly Word and Excel.
- A high level of comfort with technology, ability to trouble shoot basic IT issues.
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of the English language, including spelling, word meaning, and word usage.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting with client intake.
- Update calendars, scheduling meetings.
- Arranging and ordering promotional items and gifts.
- Entering and organizing data.
- Project management.
- Clerical matters (i.e.: photocopying, scanning, etc.).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
