**Service & Parts Administrator**
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Service & Parts Administrator to join our team. The Service & Parts Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of service-related activities. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer all incoming service and parts phone calls.
- Answer any inquiries possible and acquire assistance if necessary.
- All customer interactions are to be performed in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Book and maintain service appointments.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers.
- Perform service department administrative tasks such as completing work orders and activating truck and crane warranties, sending invoices and receiving payment.
- Shipping items using Fed Ex, Purolator, UPS, etc.
- Ensure the parts and service area is tidy at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS word and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP/POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service. Including written and verbal skills to communicate with customers, vendors and staff.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
