**Overview**:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our tour and charter services. This pivotal role ensures smooth execution of tours, optimal vehicle scheduling, regulatory compliance, and coordination among drivers, clients, and third-party partners. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency while supporting business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Tour & Charter Coordination**
- Manage and schedule daily Niagara Falls tours and all charter operations
- Coordinate multi-day tours, border crossings, and logistics across Canada and the U.S.
- Optimize routing, vehicle usage, and resource allocation

**Team Management**
- Supervise, support, and schedule drivers and tour guides
- Conduct regular training and briefings to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain a positive and accountable team culture

**Client & Partner Relations**
- Communicate with clients, travel agencies, hotels, and vendors to coordinate custom charters and partnerships
- Resolve customer issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency

**Regulatory & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure all fleet operations comply with DOT/MTO regulations, licensing, permits, and insurance requirements
- Conduct or oversee regular vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules

**Administrative Oversight**
- Manage bookings, invoicing, and reports using internal systems
- Track and report KPIs related to vehicle usage, tour performance, and customer satisfaction

**Business Development Support**
- Provide operational insights to help shape new tour offerings, seasonal routes, or pricing models
- Assist with reviewing vendor contracts and negotiating service terms

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, ideally in transportation, travel, or tourism
- Strong knowledge of Ontario and U.S. geography and travel logistics
- Experience managing drivers, routes, and client expectations in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MTO/DOT regulations and border crossing procedures
- Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Flexible schedule (availability for weekends, early mornings, or emergency calls)
