**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle performance
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's car-buying experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership inventory
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $41,090.44-$142,356.59 per year
